Compact unit with high capacity. These are two elements offered by SCHUMA’s turntables. The turntable will automati- cally fill bags, containers, or cartons. The respective containers will be filled via a SCHUMA conveyor belt. The control unit integrated in the turntable can switch containers based on a count of the supplied parts or after a specific, set time.
The count comprises a communication exchange between the production machine and the turntable. Once a container has reached the specified quantity, an electric motor will move the turntable to the next container. The running path can be encoded on the turntable edge using smoothly adjustable cams.
The turntable can also be equipped with two levels as necessary. This doubles capacity from case to case.
